White’s Woodworking began in 1982 as a small cottage industry, located in the country in rural southern Iowa. Dan and Kim started their business attending small craft shows, marketing small handmade wooden crafts. Picture framing started in 1985. During that time, we would saw down oak trees from our timber and take them to a local sawmill. The lumber was then dried in our homemade kiln. From there the boards were milled and handcrafted into one of a kind frames for not only picture frames but just about anything you could put a frame around.
As our business grew so did our reputation for quality, integrity and customer service. Since 1982, our business has grown, and our business has changed but we remain dedicated to our reputation –quality, integrity and customer services.
